Terms of use

By ordering or using a KemoTV subscription you agree to the terms below. They exist so the service stays usable for everyone on it.

The subscription

A subscription grants one line, usable on up to the number of screens on the plan at the same time. The term runs from the moment the credentials are issued.

There is no contract beyond the term you pay for and nothing renews automatically.

Acceptable use

The line is for private viewing in your own household. Redistributing it, reselling it outside our reseller programme, or sharing credentials beyond the screen count on the plan is not permitted.

A line found in breach may be suspended without refund.

Content and availability

Channel and on-demand availability depends on what each source carries and can change without notice. Counts shown on this site are indicative, not guaranteed.

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own internet connection and hardware, for keeping your credentials private, and for complying with the law where you live regarding what you watch.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current term. [Have a lawyer review this clause against the law in your jurisdiction.]

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
