Setup steps
Windows PC
Player: IPTV Smarters or VLC
- Install a compatible player from its developer or your operating system’s app store.
- For VLC, use its Open Network option and paste the complete stream or playlist URL supplied for your account.
- For an IPTV player with Xtream Codes support, choose that login option and enter the separate username, password and server URL instead.
- Open the stream or save the profile, then allow the player to load the playlist.
- Test playback. If the supplied login does not match the player’s input fields, ask support which format to use.

If it does not load
Follow the checks for login, buffering, channel and EPG problems.
- Check the username, password and server URL against the welcome email, character for character, with no trailing space.
- Restart the app, then the device. Most first-run problems clear there.
- If the app reports an expired subscription, the term has ended — renew and the same login reactivates.
- Still stuck? Message support with the device name and what the screen says.
