- On your Apple TV, open the App Store.
- Search for and install a compatible player such as Smarters Player Lite.
- Launch it and select the Xtream Codes API login.
- Input the username, password and server URL from your email.
- Save, and the full lineup is on the big screen.

If it does not load
Follow the checks for login, buffering, channel and EPG problems.
- Check the username, password and server URL against the welcome email, character for character, with no trailing space.
- Restart the app, then the device. Most first-run problems clear there.
- If the app reports an expired subscription, the term has ended — renew and the same login reactivates.
