DMCA & copyright

KemoTV responds to properly submitted copyright notices. This page explains how to send one and what happens next.

Our position

KemoTV does not host or originate the streams it carries. Where a rights holder identifies material they control, we act on a valid notice.

Sending a notice

Send notices to [dmca@example.com — replace with your designated agent address]. A valid notice needs: identification of the work, identification of the material complained about and enough detail to locate it, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement that the notice is accurate, and a signature.

[If you are subject to the US DMCA, you must also register a designated agent with the US Copyright Office and name that agent here.]

What we do

Valid notices are actioned, and we keep a record. Repeat matters are handled under a repeat-infringer policy.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, containing identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Still have a question?

Support can answer most policy questions directly, and will point you at the right contact for anything they cannot.
