Setup steps
iPhone & iPad
Player: Smarters Player Lite or IPTV Smarters Pro
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Install IPTV Smarters Pro or Smarters Player Lite.
- Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter your credentials and the server URL exactly as provided — no trailing spaces.
- Save to load the channel list and the on-demand catalogue.

If it does not load
Follow the checks for login, buffering, channel and EPG problems.
- Check the username, password and server URL against the welcome email, character for character, with no trailing space.
- Restart the app, then the device. Most first-run problems clear there.
- If the app reports an expired subscription, the term has ended — renew and the same login reactivates.
- Still stuck? Message support with the device name and what the screen says.
