Setup steps
Android TV & Google TV
Player: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV box or stick.
- Search for IPTV Smarters Pro (or TiviMate, if you prefer its guide layout) and install it.
- Launch the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Type in the username, password and server URL we emailed you.
- Save — the full lineup and EPG populate within a moment.

If it does not load
Follow the checks for login, buffering, channel and EPG problems.
- Check the username, password and server URL against the welcome email, character for character, with no trailing space.
- Restart the app, then the device. Most first-run problems clear there.
- If the app reports an expired subscription, the term has ended — renew and the same login reactivates.
- Still stuck? Message support with the device name and what the screen says.
