Setup steps
Samsung Smart TV
Player: Smart IPTV or another Tizen player
- Check your TV model and region for a compatible player in the TV app store.
- Install the supported player and open its setup screen.
- For Smart IPTV, note the device identifier displayed on screen and follow the playlist-upload address shown by the player.
- Use the playlist supplied for your account. For another player with Xtream Codes fields, enter the matching username, password and server URL instead.
- Reload the player and test a channel. Confirm any separate player activation charge before paying.
Smart IPTV displays a device identifier and its playlist-upload address. Follow the developer’s instructions and ask support if your supplied access format does not match.

If it does not load
Follow the checks for login, buffering, channel and EPG problems.
- Check the username, password and server URL against the welcome email, character for character, with no trailing space.
- Restart the app, then the device. Most first-run problems clear there.
- If the app reports an expired subscription, the term has ended — renew and the same login reactivates.
- Still stuck? Message support with the device name and what the screen says.
Setting up another device?
Use the access format supported by each player and stay within your plan’s simultaneous screen allowance.
No subscription yet?
Pick a term, get your credentials by email, and follow the steps above. Most people are watching the same night.
