Setup steps
MAG box
Portal-based — no app install
- Note your MAG box's MAC address under
Settings → System. - Send that MAC address to our support team.
- We link your line to the device on our portal.
- Restart the MAG box once we confirm it is set.
- Your channels appear automatically on reboot.
MAG boxes are tied to one MAC address. Tell us before you swap hardware so we can move the line across.

If it does not load
Follow the checks for login, buffering, channel and EPG problems.
- Check the username, password and server URL against the welcome email, character for character, with no trailing space.
- Restart the app, then the device. Most first-run problems clear there.
- If the app reports an expired subscription, the term has ended — renew and the same login reactivates.
- Still stuck? Message support with the device name and what the screen says.
